REFUND POLICY
If you give us at least 30 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit.
An administration fee of $20.00 will be charged on cancellations and the balance of funds refunded within 10 working days.
If you give us less than 30 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit if we are able to rebook your accommodation for the same period.
Any further refund will be at our absolute discretion, depending upon the situation.
